If your property listing is not coming through to the Barry Plant website but it is appearing on the portals, we recommend that you first check the property status in Listonce, as more often than not, we find that property listings are not showing because they either:

a) Haven't come through to Listonce from your CRM

OR

b) Are in Listonce but are marked as "Hidden from Barry Plant website".

First, log in to Listonce and search for the property under the "Listings" Tab.

If there is a circle icon with a dash through, this means the listing is hidden from the website.

You can adjust this setting in Listonce and check to ensure the status is correct, or you can try pushing the listing from your CRM again to Listonce to update the status.

If there is an eye icon and the status of the property is "Available" this means the property is visible, this means the listing should be on the website. However, please keep in mind that sometimes the feed from Listonce to the website can take up to 1-1.5 hours, depending on server caching and the number of listings to process.

If it has been more than one and a half hours and your listing is showing in Listonce as visible, then please email support@barryplant.com.au, and we will look into this for you to see what the feed hasn't updated from Listonce.

If your property listing is not coming up in Listonce, this could be an issue with the feed between your CRM System and Listonce.

Check the XML Received Report and enter the listing ID from the CRM in the External Listing ID field.

If your search results show a red exclamation mark in the far right column, this means there was an error in the file and the listing has been rejected by ListOnce. Hover your mouse over the red mark and it will give you a brief explanation of the error (examples include: past staff, missing headline or description, archived listing, etc.)

  • You will need to rectify this error in your CRM and push the listing again.

Please check with your CRM Provider if the property went through on the Feed to Listonce. If it did, you can email Listonce Support at support@listonce.com.au to ask them if they can check the feed from your CRM.

When emailing ListOnce Support, please include the full property address and the date/time the property was sent through to the portals.
