I understand the inconvenience as it does take a while at times to get help from Facebook Support. Since this is an account takeover from a third-party account owner, the best way to gain admin access to Barry Plant Doreen-Mernda Facebook (previously Fletchers Doreen) is to submit a Page Admin Dispute through Meta Business Help Centre. A page admin dispute allows Facebook to review and approve the admin change on behalf of the previous account owner.
Please take note that before submitting the dispute, the requester must first prepare clear and legible PDF copies of the following documents:
- An official government ID of the person requesting access to the Page that includes their name, date of birth and a photo.
- An official business document that represents the requester's business and includes their business name and address.
- A written admin dispute letter that includes:
- Page name, link and the requester's relationship to the Page (e.g. business owner).
- Requester's full name, personal Facebook profile link and email address associated with this profile.
- Current admin if applicable and known, and the requester's relationship to the current admin.
- An explanation of the request (You may state here that an account takeover has taken place. A new admin to the account needs to be added).
- A declaration statement from the requester (e.g. I, John Doe, certify that the information provided is true and accurate).
- The requester's physical signature on the letter (electronic signature is not accepted).
The review process may take 3-4 days to a week. But once approved, Emily should have full admin access to the Facebook account and can change key account details e.g. password, add/remove or assign page roles to anyone, etc. Visit this link to learn more about Facebook Page access and roles.
