To link a listing by one of your agents in a neighbouring office’s territory to their agent REA profile. You can arrange this through your REA account manager whenever this situation arises.
To arrange this:
Firstly you need to ensure that the agent has been added to both agency ID’s, so please confirm that with the neighbouring office.
Once that is done, please email customercare@realestate.com.au with both ID’s and the agent details requesting them to link both office and profiles. REA will send you a confirmation email when that has been completed within 1-2 business days.
Upon completion, you can arrange for the listing office to amend the listing with your agent details so they will appear as the listing agent online and on their agent profile
