If you decide you don't want to send an email, you have a short time after to cancel it. You can setup your Gmail cancellation period up to thirty (30) seconds (maximum).
- Click settings
- Select See all settings
- Select General
- Scroll down to Undo Send
- Set Send cancellation period to 30 seconds
- Save
Note: Unfortunately, Gmail doesn’t allow you to unsend emails after thirty (30) seconds have passed. That’s why it’s important to be extra careful when sending important emails and double check the recipient before pressing “Send”.
