Google Forms is a survey administration software included as part of the free, web-based Google Docs Editors suite offered by Google. Google Forms is only available as a web application.
Ways to access Google Forms
First option:
- Easiest way to access Google Forms is by visiting forms.google.com
- Login your Gmail account to access your documents
Second option:
- Login to your Gmail account (www.gmail.com)
- On the right top corner, select the Gmail menu
- Click Forms
