If you would like an "Apply Now" button to appear on your office's rental listings which opens the PDF rental appliction, here are the steps.


SAVING THE DOCUMENT STEPS:

  1. Log in to the Website CMS
  2. In the left-hand nav select "Documents"
  3. Select + Add a document top right
  4. Press the + Choose from your computer button
  5. Find your PDF application and select it to upload application (note: dynamic forms are best as the form fields can be filled out online)
  6. Press "Update" to confirm upload
  7. Go to "Documents" in the left hand nav
  8. Click on the "Title" of your document to open the document settings
  9. Select "Copy Full URL" to copy the full document URL to your clipboard


SETTING UP THE APPLY NOW BUTTON

  1. In the left-hand nav select "Pages"
  2. Then "Offices"
  3. Press "EDIT" on the office you want to set up.
  4. Go to the "Settings" tab
  5. Under "Rental Application URL" field right click and CTRL+V or select paste to paste in the rental application URL
  6. Down the bottom select the arrow next to "Save Draft" and press "PUBLISH"
  7. Wait 1-1.5 hours and double check the button works correctly on your rental listings.
