Log in to the Website CMS go to Pages > Offices > then hover the office you wish to update and press "EDIT". In Edit mode, go to the Tab at the top called "Emails". You can update where rental or sale appraisals go via this tab. Multiple people in your office can receive the email notification if required, you just need to separate the email addresses with a comma and no spaces. 


Note: Appraisals sent via agent profiles will go that agent and the Office that agent belongs to will be copied into the notification email.


When you make changes to emails, please test the form on the website a few hours later to make sure the right people are receiving the email/s.
