Depending what platform you're using, there should be a range of reports available from your office's CRM.
To view Listing Referral status' sent via the website you can log into your Website CMS and go to Real Estate in the left hand navigation menu, then Referrals.
You can filter referrals received or sent by status, e.g. Listed, Sold, Accepted, Rejected.
