To add a PDF to the website and create a link to share it with people via a news article or to share the doc on social media, via QR code etc, please follow these instructions:

  • Log in to your CMS on desktop
  • Go to Documents section
  • Press + Add a document
  • Then either drag and drop the document in from your files + Or choose from your computer and select the PDF you wish to upload
  • Make sure the Title is correct i.e. Christmas Colouring Competition 2024 | Essendon
  • Press Update button
  • Go back to "Documents" section
  • Click on the name of the new document under "Title"
  • Select "Copy Full URL" this will copy the full URL for the document onto your clipboard
  • Test the link works when you're not logged in, then you're good to use it.
